​Gift Certificates​​
Gift certificates can be used both online and in the store, no matter where they were purchased. Gift certificates cannot be returned for any reason. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Unused value remains on the gift certificate and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Product Pricing
​
There may be promotions active on the website that are not available in the store and vice versa. We cannot apply website promotion codes to in-store purchases, and we may have sale events in the store that we aren’t able to extend to our website. We cannot make any price adjustments after purchase.
We do not price match.​

Product Availability
​
Our website shows real-time availability of our current inventory. However, if for any reason a product has incorrect availability we will do our best to rectify the issue as best we can, including notifying you of a change in processing time. If you would like to cancel your order because of out-of-stock items that cannot be processed within 10 days, you are able to do so for a full refund, including shipping charges.​​

Communication
Our staff that responds to info@opalineinteriors.com are in the office Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm pacific time, excluding holidays. We do our best to respond to all customer emails as soon as possible. You can also call the store during opening hours (at the bottom of this page) at 360-862-0688. Please note, our fulfillment and management team is often not in the store on the weekends and specific questions may not be answered until a week day when that team is in the store. We will always do our best to get you an answer to any question or concern you may have as soon as possible.
