Shipping, Local Delivery,

and Store Pick-up

Shipping

 

All orders will be carefully packaged and shipped from the store in Snohomish, WA within 5 business days with the exception of special orders (see note below). An order confirmation will be sent to your email address used at the time of your order. Once your order is shipped, it should arrive between 5 - 10 days if no carrier interruptions occur. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment. Most shipments are shipped via USPS or UPS. We are able to use whichever mail carrier we choose. 

 

Note: You cannot change the ship to address after your order has been processed.

 

If for any reason we are unable to process your order, you will be notified as soon as possible and be given a full refund, including shipping charges. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason per our discretion.

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the items purchased at a flat rate. Heavy and larger items are subject to a higher rate. Our processing fee is included in the shipping charge. Shipping fee cannot be discounted. All packages are insured. Return shipping costs will be shipped at the real-time charge from the original carrier. This may be more expensive than the original flat rate charged at the time of your order.

 

We cannot guarantee delivery times for any reason, especially during high volume times like the holidays.

 

Please note: Special order items have a longer processing and shipping time than in-stock items. This depends on the manufacture of the item, but processing times are generally 5 - 10 days and shipping time frames for in-stock items are usually between 5 - 14 days. Custom upholstery and furniture is longer and will be detailed on the specific product page. If a special order item is on back order and is expected to take longer than 3 weeks to be shipped from the manufacturer *and it was not noted on the specific product page*, you will have the option to cancel your order. If you would like your in-stock items to ship sooner than your special order items, please place the orders separately.

Store Pick-up

 

All orders are available for store pick-up. Select store pick-up at checkout. Please allow up to 2 days for your order to be prepared for pick-up. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to be picked up.

Please note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded if you change your mind and will pick up your order in the store. See our return policy for more details.​

Furniture Shipping and Local Delivery


Shipping

 

Please contact us at info@opalineinteriors.com for a shipping quote on the furniture item(s) you are interested in. Include your full name and address the pieces would be shipped to. We will email you back with a shipping quote that is valid for 5 days. If you’d like to move forward with your purchase, respond to the shipping quote email you received from us and we will send you an invoice that includes the furniture item(s) and shipping charge. In-stock furniture items can only be held for 24 hours from when we send you the invoice.

 

Furniture will be shipped via a carrier of our choosing. Processing times for furniture will vary and are not subject to our standard shipping policy. Please email us any questions or concerns you may have. 

 

We currently can only ship furniture to the contiguous 48 states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Local Delivery

 

If you would like a local delivery quote please email us at info@opalineinteriors.com and include your full name, furniture item(s) you would like delivered, delivery address, and if there are any flights of stairs. We will email you back with the quote. If you accept and would like to move forward with your order, we will send you an invoice that includes your item(s) and the delivery charge. In-stock furniture items can only be held for 24 hours from when we send you the invoice.

 

We work with a local delivery company that offers white-glove delivery services. Your item(s) will be carefully packaged and delivered. Upon delivery, the delivery company will unpackage your item and put it where you’d like it in your home. They cannot move other pieces of furniture or move your delivered items more than once.

Store Pick-up

 

Most furniture is available for in-store pick up. If the furniture is not in stock or is a special order, you will be notified of the estimated time of arrival to the store and then again when the item(s) arrive. You will have 10 days to pick up your item(s) unless other arrangements have been made prior with us. Depending on the amount of piece(s) you may be asked to pick up your item(s) at our storage facility within 5 miles of the store location. You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for pick-up.

 

Please note: Furniture orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned. Shipping and delivery charges cannot be refunded for any reason. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
